For the season 2022-2023 only Family Picnics shall be allowed.

We adhere to a strict no alcohol policy at our premise. Swimming at our Resort is also not allowed.

A booking shall only be deemed to be confirmed only when the Venue Booking Charges are paid in full. Venue Booking Charges are mentioned in details in the Venue Booking Charges section.

Timings:

Check-In Time is 9am & Check-Out Time is 6pm for a day picnic for the season 2022-2023.
If our Check-In/Out timing does not suit your program, kindly inform us about the same. Necessary room allotments can be arranged on prior information, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by us directly.

Venue Booking Charges:

For Heads up to 10 people in a group: ₹3000
For Heads 11 to 15 people in a group: ₹5000
For Heads 16 to 20 people in a group: ₹7000
For Heads > 20 people in a group       :₹10000
For the below mentioned day the Venue Charges shall be ₹10000 irrespective of number of people in the group. Special Dates: 25th Dec,30th Dec, 31st Dec, 1st Jan, 23rd Jan, 26th Jan

Please note:

 

• The Venue Charges to be paid 100% advance at the time of booking.

• Breakfast, Lunch& Evening snacks to be served as per menu decided by Visitor in advance.

• Per plate charges to be decided as per the menu and paid 50% advance 5 days prior to the day of Picnic.

• Veg & Non Veg options available. 

• Children: Children below 10 years to be charged 75% of the set Menu Price.

Venue charges would allow the Picnic party:

 

• Access to the designated area 

• One double bedded room along with attach toilet

• Morning Tea

• Branded drinking water 1L per person would be provided.

Timings:

Breakfast: 8am to 11am breakfast shall be served.
Lunch: 1pm to 3:30pm lunch shall be served.
Evening Snacks: 4:30pm onwards tea and snacks shall be served.

Cancellation or Alteration Policy:

Cancellation and alteration in booking dates is entertained. But prior information is required at least a week before your Picnic date.

Cancellation Charge: For Online and Offline Booking

 

• More than 10 days prior to the booking  date: 100% refund

• More than 7 days prior to the booking date: 20% of total venue booking charge will be charged as cancellation charge.

• Less than 7 days prior to the booking date: 50% of total venue booking charge will be charged as cancellation charge.

• Less than 3 days prior to the booking date: No refund.

Amendments or Alterations: 

 

• More than 7 days prior to the booking date: Alteration in dates shall be entertained on the condition of availability of dates. If cancellation is done then the cancelation policy shall apply

• Less than 7 days prior to the booking date: 20% Alteration fees shall be charged on the condition of availability of dates. If cancellation is done then the cancellation policy shall apply

All activities can be arranged at additional costs.

• Pond 1: ₹300 for 2 hours 

• Pond2: ₹500 for 2 hours

• Pick your Roost from our Farm @ 500/chick( Local)

Refunds Policy:

Refunds if any arising out of Cancellations or Alterations or amendments in menu shall take 15 days to process from the date of cancellation/alterations.

Documents to Carry:

Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check-In Procedure. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card.

The Credit/Debit Card Holder should be one the travelers, if you have booked with us using any one of the later.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.
